Anti-sinking building concrete pipe pile and mounting method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete pipe piles, in particular to an anti-sinking building concrete pipe pile and a mounting method thereof. The anti-sinking building concrete pipe pile comprises a pile body, an anti-sinking mechanism is arranged on the inner wall of the lower end of the pile body, a pushing mechanism is arranged on the inner wall of the pile body, a driving mechanism is arranged in the pile body, and a rotating mechanism arranged on the inner wall of the upper end of the pile body. An outer screw cylinder drives a conical cylinder to move downwards, when the conical cylinder moves downwards, an arc plate is pushed, the arc plate rotates around a fixing shaft, and then the arc plate is inserted into soil; meanwhile, when the conical cylinder moves downwards, an arc rod is pushed to move in the arc plate, the arc rod is inserted into the soil, and then a pile body is prevented from sinking; and a rotating rod drives a clamping rod to rotate, the clamping rod drives a rotating rod to rotate, the rotating rod drives a gear column to rotate, the gear column drives two racks to move, the two racks drive two push rods to penetrate through two through holes to be inserted into two inserting grooves correspondingly, then the conical cylinder is fixed, and the situation that the pile body cannot be fixed due to back movement of the arc plate and the arc rod caused by movement of the conical cylinder is prevented.
