The invention provides a foundation pit supporting beam and a supporting structure thereof. The foundation pit supporting beam comprises a supporting beam assembly, reinforcing connecting assemblies, an end connecting assembly and an extension connecting assembly, and the supporting beam assembly comprises at least two supporting sections which are connected in series end to end; the reinforcing connecting assemblies are located between every two adjacent supporting beam assemblies, and the two ends of the reinforcing connecting assemblies are connected with the corresponding supporting joints correspondingly; the end connecting assembly is mounted at one end of the supporting beam assembly; and the extension connecting assembly is mounted at the end, away from the end connecting assembly, of the supporting beam assembly. The length of the supporting beams can be lengthened and spliced according to needs, meanwhile, the supporting tightness can be improved, the supporting strength of the supporting structure is high, accumulated water seeped out of the foundation pit can be collected, and the supporting safety of the supporting structure is improved.
