Aiming at the problem that in the prior art, in the aspect of splicing, wallboards are inconvenient to butt joint and need to be reformed on site, the following scheme is provided. The fabricated building prefabricated wall comprises a first connecting framework and a second connecting framework which are hinged together and distributed in a central symmetry mode; the first connecting framework and the second connecting framework are each of a Z-shaped structure; and butt joint barrels with opposite openings are fixed to the two ends of the first connecting framework and the two ends of the second connecting framework respectively. According to the fabricated building prefabricated wall, when the wall needs to be installed during use, the wall can be hoisted only by hooking two hoisting holes in the two sides of the top end of the wall through hoisting hooks, and then the wall is slowly moved to a needed position; and when accumulation is needed, only one limiting block with the same width needs to be placed in an upper groove to serve as a wedge to fix the two prefabricated walls together at the same time.
