The invention relates to an inclined plane frame for laying inclined ground and a bathroom chassis with the inclined plane frame. The inclined plane frame comprises an inclined part, wherein the inclined part comprises an inclined plane part, a cavity I, a first side surface part, a second side surface part, a third side surface part and a fourth side surface part; the cavity I penetrates through the inclined plane part and the plane part; the first side surface part, the second side surface part, the third side surface part and the fourth side surface part are connected with the inclined plane part and the plane part; four vertexes of the inclined plane part are a lowest point, a second lowest point, a highest point and a second highest point in sequence; the lowest point of the inclined plane part is overlapped with one vertex of the plane part; projection points of the second lowest point, the highest point and the second highest point of the inclined plane part on the plane part are overlapped with the other three vertexes of the plane part; the heights from the second lowest point, the highest point and the second highest point of the inclined plane part to the plane part are h1, h2 and h3 in sequence; and h2 is greater than h1, and h2 is greater than h3. The inclined plane frame has the advantages of simple structure, rapidness and convenience in construction, good universality, attractive appearance and excellent comfort.
