Reusable concrete heat-preservation and moisture-preservation curing film
The invention provides a reusable concrete heat-preservation and moisture-preservation curing film and belongs to the field of concrete curing materials. The curing film comprises a windproof protection layer, a heat-preservation layer, a water-absorption and moisture-preservation layer and a veneering moisture-preservation layer which are arranged in sequence, wherein all the layers are connected through sewing threads to form a whole body; the veneering moisture-preservation layer is in contact with concrete in a utilization process; the water-absorption and moisture-preservation layer is modified polyester fiber non-woven fabric. According to the curing film provided by the invention, super absorbent resin and a plurality of single-layered fiber nets made of polypropylene fibers are integrated to form the whole body to obtain the modified polyester fiber non-woven fabric as the water-absorption and moisture-preservation layer; and all layered structures of the curing film are sewed to form the whole body, so that the heat-preservation and moisture-preservation effects are realized and the reusable effect of the curing film is improved.
本发明提供了一种可重复利用的混凝土保温保湿养护膜，属于混凝土养护材料领域。所述养护膜包括依次设置的防风保护层、保温层、吸水保湿层和贴面保湿层，每层之间通过缝纫线连接为一体；所述贴面保湿层在使用时与混凝土相接触；所述吸水保湿层为改性涤纶纤维无纺布。本发明提供的养护膜将高吸水树脂与由聚丙烯纤维制成的多个单层纤网整合成一体得到改性涤纶纤维无纺布作为吸水保湿层，并将养护膜的各层级结构缝纫成一体，在起到保温保湿作用的同时提高了养护膜可重复利用的效果。
