The invention discloses an electronic fetter. The electronic fetter comprises a main body, a fetter belt, a conductive shell and an alarm system, the main body is provided with a mounting sleeve, the mounting sleeve is provided with an anti-theft lock, and a control circuit is arranged in the main body; one end of the fetter belt is rotationally connected with the main body, and the other end of the fetter belt can be embedded in the mounting sleeve to conduct the control circuit; the conductive shell is filled with electrorheological fluid, and the conductive shell is connected in series in the control circuit; the alarm system comprises a pressure sensor, a central processing unit and a buzzer, and the pressure sensor is arranged in the conductive shell; the central processing unit receives pressure signals; and a control signal is transmitted to the buzzer. When the fetter belt and the main body are violently disassembled, the internal control circuit is disconnected, the electrorheological fluid in the conductive shell is changed into liquid from solid, the pressure sensor loses pressure, the pressure sensor transmits a signal to the central processing unit, the central processing unit controls the buzzer to start to issue an alarm to the environment, and the attention of surrounding people is attracted.
