Manufacturing process for imitating marble by using novel material
The invention discloses a manufacturing process for imitating marble by using a novel material, and relates to the technical field of imitation marble manufacturing. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps of painting a ground color on the surface of a base material; carrying out color fixation on the base material coated with the ground color; printing the surface layer of the base material, specifically, tightly wrapping the surface layer of the base material coated with the ground color by using marbling-imitated transfer paper, sleeving the surface layer of the base material with a plastic film, putting the base material on a high-temperature vacuum machine for vacuum tightening, heating to 180 DEG C or above, preserving heat for 15 minutes, and performing cooling and unsealing to obtain the base material printed with marbling; and secondary color fixation, specifically, putting the obtained base material printed with the marbling into a drying oven again, carrying out color fixation for 10 minutes at a high temperature of 170 DEG C, and cooling to obtain a base material finished product printed with the marbling on the surface. According to the manufacturing process for imitating the marble by using the novel material, a handrail with the marbling-imitated patterns is manufactured, the handrail can adapt to outdoor long-term ultraviolet rays, clear pattern lines and glossiness can still be kept, the lines at grooves of the handrail are also natural and clear, and the whole handrail is attractive and elegant.
本发明公开了一种新材料仿大理石的制作工艺,涉及仿大理石制作技术领域,包括以下步骤:基材表面上底色;对上底色后的基材固色;基材表层印花:利用仿大理石花纹转印纸将上底色后的基材表层服帖包裹住,并套入塑料膜内,放入高温真空机器上真空收紧,并加温至180℃以上,保温15分钟后冷却拆封,得到印上大理石花纹的基材;二次固色:将得到的印上大理石花纹的基材再次放入烘箱高温至170℃固色10分钟,冷却后得到表面印有大理石花纹的基材成品。本发明具有通过新材料仿大理石的制作工艺,制作成带有仿大理石花纹的扶手,具有不仅能够适应户外长期紫外线下依旧保持清晰的花纹纹路以及光泽度,而且扶手凹槽处纹路同样自然清晰,整体美观大方的效果。
