Brick making method and ash bricks
The invention provides a brick making method and ash bricks. The brick making method comprises the following steps: S1, pretreating first furnace slag generated by a biomass power plant and second furnace slag generated by a garbage power plant, wherein the second furnace slag forms garbage slag stone powder; s2, mixing and stirring the first slag, the garbage slag stone powder and cement to form a mixture; s3, adding water into the mixture, and stirring; and s4, carrying out hydraulic pressing forming on the mixture to obtain the ash bricks. The brick making method realizes resource utilization of solid wastes.
本发明提供一种制砖方法及灰渣砖,制砖方法包括以下步骤:S1:对生物质电厂产生的第一炉渣与垃圾电厂产生的第二炉渣进行预处理,其中所述第二炉渣形成垃圾渣石粉;S2:将所述第一炉渣、所述垃圾渣石粉与水泥混合搅拌形成混合料;S3:对所述混合料加水搅拌;及S4:将所述混合料通过液压压制成型形成灰渣砖。所述制砖方法实现了固体废弃物进行资源化利用。
