Bi-component geopolymer grouting reinforcement material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of pavement engineering materials, and particularly relates to a bi-component geopolymer grouting reinforcement material for pavement maintenance and a preparation method thereof. The bi-component geopolymer grouting reinforcement material is a bi-component powder material and comprises a component A and a component B, and the engineering application mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 0.8: 1-1.2: 1; the component A powder comprises blast furnace slag, zeolite powder, fly ash, quick-setting sulphoaluminate cement, bentonite and a retarder; the component B powder comprises anhydrite, bentonite, an alkaline activator, redispersible latex powder and an accelerator. The bi-component geopolymer grouting reinforcement material provided by the invention adopts bi-component materials and can be respectively prepared into slurry, the single-component slurry can keep long-term fluidity, the two-component slurry is impacted and mixed at a grouting muzzle, the mixed slurry has short-time fluidity, and then the slurry is quickly solidified to form a high-strength stone body.
