The invention discloses a preparation method of a foamed ceramic thermal-insulation material, and an obtained material thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparation of xerogel powder: adding a fiber material into obtained gel, and conducting uniform stirring, drying and grinding to obtain the xerogel powder; S2, preparation of fluxing agent powder: mixing carbide slag, coal gangue and modified desulfurized fly ash according to a certain ratio, and carrying out grinding to obtain the fluxing agent powder; S3, presintering: stirring and mixing the obtained xerogel powder and the fluxing agent powder according to a certain ratio, carrying out presintering and then performing cooling; and S4, molding and sintering: carrying out cold press molding on the pre-sintered and cooled powder, loading the powder into a mold, and successively carrying out heating, annealing, cooling, demolding and cutting to obtain the material. The foamed ceramic material prepared by the invention is of a closed-cell structure, and can realize efficient utilization of the carbide slag, the coal gangue and the desulfurized fly ash on the basis of meeting the use requirements of conventional foamed ceramic thermal insulation materials, so resources are saved, production cost is reduced, the environment is protected, and the waste is turned into wealth.
本发明公开了一种泡沫陶瓷保温材料的制备方法及其所得材料,制备方法包括如下步骤:S1、制备干凝胶粉体:在所得凝胶中加入纤维材料并搅拌均匀后,干燥,研磨得到干凝胶粉体;S2、制备助熔剂粉体:将电石渣、煤矸石、改性脱硫灰按配比混合,研磨得到助熔剂粉体;S3、预烧结:将得到的干凝胶粉体和助熔剂粉体按配比搅拌混合,预烧后冷却;S4、成型烧结:将预烧冷却后的粉体冷压成型,装入模具后加热,经退火,冷却、脱模、切割,即得材料。本发明制备的泡沫陶瓷材料为闭孔结构,在满足常规泡沫陶瓷保温材料使用需求的基础上,能够实现对电石渣、煤矸石、脱硫灰的高效利用,不仅节约资源,降低生产成本,而且保护了环境,变废为宝。
