The invention provides a tensile pot type support which sequentially comprises an upper sliding plate, a piston in friction fit with the upper sliding plate, a chassis and a lower sliding plate in friction fit with the chassis from top to bottom, the upper sliding plate is axially connected with the piston, the chassis is axially connected with the lower sliding plate, a rubber pad is laid in the chassis to support the piston, and the bottom face of the piston is separated from the top face of the chassis and is not in contact with the top face of the chassis. The support is characterized in that the piston and the chassis are axially connected through a connecting bolt, and the connecting bolt is arranged between the upper sliding plate and the lower sliding plate and located in the support. Separation of the piston and the chassis is prevented, pulling resistance is effectively achieved, a beam body is prevented from falling off, the connecting bolts are arranged in the support, the space size of the support is effectively reduced, the requirement of the support for the installation space is lowered, the support is suitable for bridge engineering with the small beam body section, the service life of the rubber rings and the rubber pads is prolonged, and the service life of the support is prolonged.
