The caisson comprises a caisson body, wherein a cavity is formed in the caisson body, a plurality of prestress through holes are formed in the caisson body in the length direction of the caisson body, shear keys and/or shear key grooves are arranged on and/or formed in the end faces of the caisson body, and the shear keys are matched with the shear key grooves. The caisson combination comprises a plurality of caissons, wherein steel strands are arranged in the prestress through holes of the plurality of caissons, all the caissons are connected into an integral structure through the steel strands, and the shear keys and the shear key grooves of every two adjacent caissons are matched with each other.
