The sea surface air condensation water taking device comprises a condensation device; the condensation device is composed of an annular outer barrel, a water taking device body, an annular middle barrel, a floating device, an exhaust structure, a water storage tank and a collecting device; the annular outer barrel is fixedly connected to the bottom of the annular middle barrel and movably connected with the water taking device body; the exhaust structure and the collecting device are fixedly connected in the annular middle barrel, and the floating device is fixedly connected to the outer side of the annular middle barrel; the floating device is arranged above the annular outer barrel; the exhaust structure is arranged on the collecting device; and the water storage tank is movably connected to the bottom of the collecting device. Through cooperation of a collecting pipe and the exhaust structure, air in the condensation device can circulate, and meanwhile air released on the sea surface can be collected more rapidly.
