The invention discloses a construction method for out-of-well welding and graded descending of a slide-resistant pile reinforcement cage. The construction method comprises the following steps that before the reinforcement cage is constructed, a retaining wall locking opening and a retaining wall of a pile well hole opening of a slide-resistant pile are made according to design requirements, and the flatness of the top face of the retaining wall locking opening is guaranteed; 1, a scaffold is mounted; 2, a slide-resistant pile reinforcement cage descending device is mounted; 3, a primary reinforcement cage is constructed; 4, the reinforcement cage is descended in a grading manner; 5, a next-stage reinforcement cage is constructed; and the step 3 and the step 4 are repeated till grading construction and descending of the whole slide-resistant pile reinforcement cage are completed. According to the method, the defects that in the prior art, the reinforcement cage is manufactured and mounted underground, large hoisting equipment is needed, and construction is difficult are overcome; and the method has the advantages that construction is easy and convenient, the construction difficulty can be effectively reduced, the large hoisting equipment is not needed, the construction quality of the reinforcement cage can be effectively guaranteed, and the temporary occupied area is reduced.
