The profiling metal plate comprises a long-strip-shaped plate body, wherein the two sides of the plate body are bent to form edge protruding edges extending in the length direction, the upper surfaces of the edge protruding edges are edge supporting faces, the part, below each edge supporting face, of the plate body is bent to form a buckle groove, an opening of each buckle groove faces the direction away from the other edge protruding edge, the portion, between the two edge protruding edges, of the plate body is bent to form at least one middle protruding edge, the upper surface of the middle protruding edge is a middle supporting face, a cavity with a downward opening is formed in the middle protruding edge and comprises a clamping piece space and a guiding space which are vertically adjacent, and the width of the boundary of the clamping piece space and the guiding space is smaller than that of the vertically adjacent area. According to the profiled metal plate, the wind uplift resistance of the profiled metal plate is improved by the profiled metal plate, the assembly and the profiled metal roof panel; and moreover, the stable installation of a photovoltaic module can be realized, and the wind uplift resistance of the photovoltaic module is ensured.
