The embodiment of the invention provides a supporting structure and a supporting frame. The supporting structure comprises a supporting assembly and a connecting assembly, wherein the supporting assembly comprises a supporting rod and an adjusting piece, the adjusting piece is arranged on the supporting rod in a sleeving mode and is connected to the supporting rod in a sliding mode, the connecting assembly is fixed to the adjusting piece and comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, one end of the first connecting piece is rotationally connected with one end of the second connecting piece, the first connecting piece is matched with the second connecting piece to fix a rod piece, and the rod piece can be installed on the supporting assembly through cooperation of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece. According to the supporting structure , the connecting assembly is directly fixed to the adjusting piece, the time for installing the connecting assembly can be saved, the position of the connecting assembly is adjusted by adjusting the position of the adjusting piece, and therefore the wide application range is kept while the installing efficiency is improved, and the position of the adjusting piece is adjusted easily and rapidly.
