The assembly type building supporting seat structurally comprises an operation box, connecting steel bars, a support and a stress plate, the support is arranged on the stress plate, the support is movably connected with the stress plate, the connecting steel bars are arranged on the operation box, the operation box is connected with the connecting steel bars, the operation box is provided with a building body, rainwater sensing blocks, a box body, a damping box and an operator, and the building body is arranged inside the box body. According to the assembly type building supporting seat, supporting shafts slide along moving cavities and can push a support seating body on an adjuster to extend, and the mounting end of the adjusted supporting seat body is matched with the pre-buried depth of other parts by adjusting the extension height of the supporting seat body, so that deviation between the actual pre-buried depth of a building and connection between other prefabricated building parts is prevented; and the stability of the supporting seat body after extending can be improved through assembly connection between mounting columns and buckling blocks, and collapse caused by insufficient supporting force of an extending structure when the supporting seat body and the building body are mounted is prevented.
