The invention relates to an electronic-control battery intelligent lock. The intelligent lock is characterized in that a control system supplies power to a driving system and provides an unlocking instruction after receiving an unlocking signal given by a vehicle ECU, a motor starts to drive a change gear set to work, the change gear set drives an output gear shaft to rotate, and a driving gear is mounted on the output gear shaft; and the driving gear drives a rack to move backwards, when a spring bolt moves backwards and touches a detection signal switch, the motor stops working, and the spring bolt stops moving backwards to achieve unlocking. According to the scheme of the communication signal control locking and unlocking without an entity key, operation is convenient, the anti-theft performance is high, batched and efficient battery replacement is facilitated, the risk that batteries are stolen is reduced, and further, due to the adoption of a communication signal control manner, background management of maintenance work such as battery replacement in the sharing industry can be realized.
本发明涉及一种电子控制的电池智能锁,控制系统在接收到车辆ECU给出的开锁信号后,给驱动系统供电和提供开锁指令,电机开始带动变速齿轮组工作,变速齿轮组驱动输出齿轮轴转动,输出齿轮轴上安装有驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮带动齿条作后退运动,在锁舌后退触碰到所述检测信号开关时所述电机停止工作,锁舌停止后退实现开锁;使用本发明的无实体钥匙的通讯信号控制开关锁方案,不仅操作方便、防盗性能强,有利于实现批量高效地更换电池及降低电池被盗的风险,进一步地,由于采用的是通讯信号的控制方式,可以实现共享行业对更换电池等维护工作的后台管理。
