The invention relates to an automatic door opening system and a clean room. The automatic door opening system comprises at least two door bodies which are independently opened and closed; a driving element drives the door body to execute a door opening action; a switching unit is used for switching the driving element to form a transmission structure with any door body; the door body is provided with a door opening execution part which is in transmission connection with the driving element correspondingly; under the action of the switching unit, the driving element is connected with the door opening execution part to form the transmission structure, so that the corresponding door body is driven by the driving element to execute the door opening action, and the corresponding door body is automatically opened.
