The invention relates to the technical field of psychological health guidance, in particular to an emotion regulation room. Theemotion regulation room includes a first space, a second space, a third space, a fourth space and a fifth space which are mutually independent and identical in structure; the first space is used for removing negative emotion; the second space is used for dealing with autistic emotions; the third space is used for reducing anxiety; the fifth space is used for promoting pleasant emotion; and the fourth space is used for stimulating the interest in life. The top end of the first space is provided with a circular-arch-shaped top, the bottom end of the first space is provided with a floor tile screen, and a food containing device is further arranged in the first space. The circular-arch-shaped top is provided with a sky screen, a sound box and a fragrance device. Each space is fused with a virtual reality technology and psychological theoretical knowledge, so that five feelings of people is influenced under immersive intelligent interactive experience, emotions participating in the tourists are creatively adjusted, the effects of eliminating negative emotions and motivating positive emotions are achieved, and finally different emotions are adjusted.
