Building wallboard anti-corrosion treatment process
The invention discloses a building wallboard anti-corrosion treatment process and belongs to the field of wallboard anti-corrosion. According to the building wallboard anti-corrosion treatment process, pre-molten magnetic balls can be magnetic through the pretreatment of the pre-molten magnetic balls; then, the pre-molten magnetic balls can be uniformly adsorbed to the inner wall of a mold and fixed to the surface of a wallboard prefabricated part through pouring; through the heating operation, the outward end parts of the pre-molten magnetic balls can be molten; through the spraying of magnetic sand, the magnetic sand can be efficiently adhered to the molten surfaces of the multiple pre-molten magnetic balls, and then an anti-corrosion coating with a magnetic sand layer inside can be formed; compared with the prior art, the building wallboard anti-corrosion treatment process has the advantages that an adsorption force exists between the magnetic sand layer and magnetic powder in the pre-molten magnetic balls, so that the pre-molten magnetic balls can have an attraction force towards one side of a wallboard; consequently, the connecting strength between the magnetic sand layer and the pre-molten magnetic balls can be remarkably improved as well as the peeling and falling probability of the anti-corrosion coating can be remarkably reduced; and meanwhile, the magnetic sand adsorption force of the hot-molten surfaces of the pre-molten magnetic balls can be remarkably enhanced compared with that of hard surfaces in the magnetic sand spraying process, the magnetic sand is not easy to fall when sprayed, and the material waste can be reduced.
