The recycled foamed concrete product comprises gelling slurry, a foaming agent and a foam stabilizer, wherein the gelling slurry comprises recycled aggregate, cement and water, the recycled aggregate is broken particles of waste aerated building blocks, the particle size of the recycled aggregate is 0.2-10 mm, and the doping amount of the recycled aggregate is 5%-30% of the volume of the gelling slurry. The problems that a large number of waste aerated concrete blocks are generated in building engineering construction, backfilling is not compact when traditional backfilling treatment is adopted, and potential quality hazards are generated are solved.
