The method comprises the steps of A preparing an asphalt mixture, combining energy-saving requirements, adopting milling material hot asphalt according to the target mixing ratio of (15 to 25): (10 to 20) mm milling material: (10 to 20): (5 to 10): (0 to 10) mm milling material: basalt machine-made sand: mineral powder = 12: 8: 28: 18: 15: 15: 4, the optimal asphalt dosage being 4.7%; the production mixing ratio of 20 to 28 mm: 12 to 20 mm: 5 to 12 mm: 3 to 5 mm: 0 to 3 mm: mineral powder = 11: 31: 21: 11: 21: 5, and the optimal asphalt dosage being 4.7%; and B paving the asphalt mixture in a pit slot needing to be repaired by adopting an asphalt paving vehicle, and finishing the paving work after the asphalt mixture is completely cured. The defects in the prior art can be overcome, construction is convenient, meanwhile, old road milling materials are utilized, and energy conservation and environment protection are achieved.
