The device comprises a boundary beam reinforcing device which comprises a movable unit and a fixed unit; a first groove is formed in the end face of the edge beam, and the movable unit is arranged in the first groove; the fixing unit comprises a fixing plate, and the fixing plate is of an inverted L-shaped structure; second grooves are formed in the top ends of the fixing plates; a sealing device comprises a top cover plate and a bottom supporting plate, wherein the two ends of the top cover plate are clamped in the second grooves respectively; the bottom supporting plate is connected between the fixing plates; the bottom supporting plate comprises a main plate and sub-plates symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the main plate, and the main plate and the fixing plate are integrally formed; a cavity is formed in one side of the main board, one side of the sub-board is arranged in the cavity, and an elastic connecting piece is arranged between the main board and the sub-board; supporting blocks are arranged at the top ends of the main plates; and the control monitoring module comprises a controller and a stress monitoring module. By means of an integral embedding mode, the sealing and reinforcing efficiency of the road expansion joint is greatly improved, and meanwhile great convenience is brought to later maintenance and replacement.
