The invention relates to a construction method of a half-through tie bar steel box arch bridge. The method comprises the steps that two construction roads are filled from left and right banks to a river on two sides of a bridge design position, a concrete foundation is poured on two construction roads along the bridge direction, and a gantry crane track is paved on the concrete foundation; a gantry crane and a crawler crane are used for inserting and driving a left bank secondary span and main span steel pipe pile support, a left bank side span, a secondary span, a straining beam of the main span and secondary span arch ribs are sequentially installed firstly, and then a left bank side span support is transferred to the right bank; then, main span part arch ribs are constructed firstly, then a right bank side secondary span straining beam and arch ribs are installed, and finally the main span arch ribs are closed. The construction method of alternating arched beams and dual-purpose supports is adopted, so that the number of the supports is greatly reduced, and the construction cost is low; and the straining beam and the arch rib sections adopt large sections, and the sections are supported on the same support, so that the mounting efficiency is high.
本发明涉及一种中承式系杆钢箱拱桥施工方法,在桥梁设计位置两侧,由左右两岸向河中填筑出两条施工便道,在两施工便道上顺桥向浇筑混凝土基础,在混凝土基础上铺设龙门吊轨道;利用龙门吊和履带吊插打左岸边次跨及主跨钢管桩支架,先依次安装左岸边跨、次跨以、主跨的系梁及次跨拱肋,再将左岸边跨支架转移到右岸;然后先施工主跨部分拱肋,再安装右岸边次跨系梁及拱肋,最后合龙主跨拱肋。本发明采用拱梁交替、支架双用的施工方法,大大减少了支架数量,施工成本低;系梁和拱肋节段采用大节段,分段处支撑在同一支架上,安装效率高。
