The telescopic cylinder and the rubber magnet are arranged on the fixing ring, metal slag can be magnetically adsorbed and collected through rolling of the soft rubber magnet, the soft rubber magnet can be pressed into the uneven ground to directly adsorb the metal slag, and the metal slag adsorption effect is improved; and the telescopic cylinder is arranged on the soft magnet, and the rubber magnet can be deformed by utilizing the telescopic cylinder to stretch out and draw back so as to be used for different terrains.
