The invention discloses an anti-blocking trash rack for water management. The anti-blocking trash rack structurally comprises a cleaner, a water guide groove and a purification net, wherein the two sides of the cleaner are fixed to the surface of the water guide groove through bolts, the surface of the water guide groove is integrally connected with the purification net in an embedded mode, the cleaner comprises a lifting box, a linkage strip, a motor and a fixing base, and the bottom of the fixing base is fixed to the surface of the water guide groove through bolts. According to the anti-blocking trash rack, a trash rack roller is indirectly driven to rotate by a motor, so that straw in a water channel is blocked through rotation, additionally, the straw is driven and lifted upwards into a dirt discharge groove to be collected in cooperation with a grid plate, and at the moment, a cutter can be unfolded by a rotating grid plate, so that cutting blades can have different angles, the opening and closing of the cutter are achieved, the straw which is impacted by water flow and is wound on the surface of the grid plate is cut, the situation that the grid plate is wound by the straw during trash holding is effectively avoided, the cleanliness of automatic cleaning is improved, and a traditional manual cleaning mode is changed.
