The invention discloses a pile slipping prevention control device for ocean large-diameter pipe pile installation. The pile slipping prevention control device comprises a limiting structure and a flow limiting device; the flow limiting device comprises an inner steel ring; the inner steel ring is provided with a center water permeable hole; the hole diameter of the center water permeable hole is designed according to the maximum penetration speed allowed by a pipe pile; a flow limiting plate is arranged at the bottom of the inner steel ring; an outer steel ring is arranged on the outer edge of the flow limiting plate; the outer diameter D1 of the outer steel ring is smaller than the inner diameter D2 of the pipe pile; the flow limiting plate is provided with reinforcing ribs; the limiting structure comprises a first limiting ring and a second limiting ring, wherein the first limiting ring and the second limiting ring are welded to the inner wall of the pipe pile and located at the lower end of the flow limiting plate, and the second limiting ring is located at the upper end of the outer steel ring; and N triangular ribs evenly distributed in the circumferential direction are welded between the upper end of the first limiting ring and the inner wall of the pipe pile, and N triangular ribs evenly distributed in the circumferential direction are welded between the second limiting ring and the inner wall of the pipe pile.
