The invention discloses a pile top pre-piercing type cushion structure of a building composite foundation. The structure comprises a bed rock; a sandy soil layer is arranged at the top of the bed rock; rigid piles are arranged in the sandy soil layer; a cushion is arranged above the sandy soil layer; the top ends of the rigid piles penetrate into the cushion; a foundation ground is arranged above the cushion; a concrete layer is arranged above the foundation ground; a steel bar layer is arranged between the foundation ground and the concrete layer; a connecting plate is arranged on one side of the steel bar layer; a water retaining part is arranged at the other end of the connecting plate; a water retaining shell is arranged on the outer surface of the water retaining part; and a waterproof layer is arranged between the water retaining shell and the cushion. The pile top pre-piercing type cushion structure of the building composite foundation has the beneficial effects that when rainwater weather occurs around a building foundation, rainwater is accumulated on the peripheral side of the building foundation, and at the moment, the water retaining parts and the water retaining shells prevent the rainwater from invading the cushion, so that loss of the cushion and the sandy soil layer caused by rainwater erosion is prevented, and the stability of the building foundation is improved.
