Threaded rods rotate and are in threaded connection with connecting rods, so that the two connecting rods are matched with the hinge seats to drive the tops of the two sets of hinge rods to get close to each other, and meanwhile, the two sets of hinge rods drive a supporting plate to move downwards for supporting; and meanwhile, a telescopic rod and a first damping spring drive a limiting plate to move downwards, until teeth at the bottom of the limiting plate mesh with teeth at the bottom of the inner wall of a second movable groove, and the situation that the two sets of hinge rods rotate relatively under the influence of gravity is prevented, so that the situation that a walking wheel deforms and is damaged due to long-time supporting of the walking wheel is avoided.
