The invention discloses a prefabricated floor slab-prefabricated shear wall connecting joint and a construction method thereof. The prefabricated floor slab-prefabricated shear wall connecting joint comprises a lower shear wall, two prefabricated floor slabs, an upper shear wall, first bolts and second bolts. The lower shear wall and the upper shear wall are vertically arranged, a first steel plate and a second steel plate are correspondingly arranged on the upper end face of the lower shear wall and the lower end face of the upper shear wall, and bolt mounting grooves are formed in the two sides, close to the lower end face, of the upper shear wall. The two prefabricated floor slabs are horizontally arranged, the end parts of the two prefabricated floor slabs are located between the lower shear wall and the upper shear wall, the end parts of the two prefabricated floor slabs are connected through connecting pieces, third steel plates are arranged on the lower sides of the prefabricated floor slabs, and the third steel plates horizontally extend out of the connected ends of the prefabricated floor slabs; the first steel plate and the third steel plates are connected in a penetrating mode through the first bolts; and the second steel plate, the prefabricated floor slabs and the first steel plate are sequentially connected in a penetrating mode through the second bolts.
