The screeding leveling device for wall screeding comprises a screeding ruler, the screeding ruler is provided with a first adjusting mechanism and a second adjusting mechanism, the first adjusting mechanism and the second adjusting mechanism are arranged side by side, the first adjusting mechanism and the second adjusting mechanism are used for adjusting the vertical angle of the screeding ruler, the screeding ruler is further provided with a positioning ruler and a linear laser swinger, when the screeding ruler is in a vertical state, one end of the positioning ruler abuts against the one-meter line of a building, and the linear laser swinger is aligned with the cross-shaped square line of the ground. By means of the mode, the screeding ruler can finish screeding construction of a working face only by one person, so that the labor cost can be reduced; and the screeding ruler can adjust the thickness of a wall surface at any time with the cross-shaped square line of the ground as the reference, so that the wall surface is in a flush state as a whole, and the situation that the heights of the two ends of screeding are difficult to control in traditional screeding can be avoided.
