The invention provides a mounting method of an inclined supporting steel column. The method comprises the following steps of: obtaining accurate coordinates of a component in-place key point by utilizing a modern information technology; hoisting an inclined steel pipe column by utilizing a machine and roughly adjusting to a designed position through a chain block; carrying out in-place mounting on a temporary connection bolt by a rotary machine; finishing correction of the steel column through a fine adjustment measure under three-dimensional space coordinate observation of a high-precision instrument; and connecting a subsequent structure in time to form a stable system. The problems that a traditional steel structure hoisting construction method is difficult to correct and the construction period is prolonged when the inclined steel column is hoisted, and relatively great hidden dangers exist in the construction safety are solved. The mounting method belongs to the technical field of construction of building steel structures.
本发明提供一种倾斜支撑钢柱的安装方法,该方法是利用现代信息技术得到构件就位关键点的精确坐标,然后使用机械将斜钢管柱吊装起吊通过倒链粗调至设计位置,回转机械进行就位安装上临时连接螺栓,通过微调措施,在高精度仪器的三维空间坐标观测下,完成钢柱校正,并及时连接后续结构,形成稳定体系。以解决传统的钢结构吊装施工方法在针对斜钢柱吊装时,不仅校正困难、施工周期加长,且施工安全性也存在较大隐患的问题。属于建筑钢结构施工技术领域。
