The invention relates to the technical field of masonry, in particular to a wall masonry device and method for indoor decoration construction. The wall masonry device is fixed and supported through a bottom plate, a transverse pushing driving assembly pushes a sliding block to transversely move in a guide rail, and a sliding base is welded to the sliding block, so that the sliding base is driven to transversely move; an operation table is connected with the sliding base through a lifting assembly, the operation table is driven to move transversely through sliding of the sliding base, the operation table is driven to move vertically through lifting of a lifting driving component, and therefore constructors can conduct masonry at different wall positions on the operation table through adjustment of the wall masonry device; and the practicability of the masonry wall body is improved.
