The actuator capable of opening and closing the door comprises a shell, a motor is arranged on the upper portion of an inner cavity of the shell, a gear set is arranged on an output shaft of the motor, an electromagnet is arranged on one side of the inner cavity of the shell, a rack is arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the shell, the rack and the gear set are meshed with each other, and a position sensing control unit is arranged in the inner cavity of the shell. According to the actuator capable of achieving opening and closing of the door, a movable part of the electromagnet is inserted into a groove in the rack through the action of the movable part of the electromagnet, movement of the rack is locked, therefore large locking force can be provided, automatic opening and closing of the door are achieved, the locking force of the actuator is large, under the condition that the movement of the rack is not affected, the efficiency of a transmission unit is high, meanwhile, the cost is relatively low.
