The invention discloses a roller shutter balance self-locking tail assembly. The roller shutter balance self-locking tail assembly comprises a shifting wheel, a telescopic component, a compressed spring, a tail shell and a self-locking piece; the shifting wheel is arranged at one end of the tail shell; the telescopic component is connected to the inner side of the tail shell in a sliding manner; one end of the telescopic component penetrates the shifting wheel; a connecting shaft is further arranged at one end of the telescopic component; the compressed spring is arranged in the tail shell; one end of the compressed spring abuts against the telescopic component; the self-locking piece is movably connected to the tail shell; at least one clamping groove is formed in the outer side of the shifting wheel; and the self-locking piece is provided with a spring bolt matched with the clamping groove. According to the roller shutter balance self-locking tail assembly, the self-locking piece is arranged on the tail shell, during installation, after the shifting wheel is rotated to the proper position, the spring bolt of the self-locking piece is inserted in the clamping groove of the shifting wheel, locking between the tail shell and the shifting wheel is achieved, the shifting wheel cannot do circumferential movement under locking of the self-locking piece, and therefore locking of axial sliding of the connecting shaft is achieved.
