The structure comprises a tower column, a cross rod, an arc-shaped flange plate, a diagonal steel strand pair and a tensioning bracket, wherein the cross rod is connected to the tower column through the arc-shaped flange plate; the diagonal steel strand pair is used for forming a prestressed flexible diagonal web member, the lower end of the diagonal steel strand pair is a locking end and is locked at the upper part of the arc-shaped flange plate, and an anchoring point adopts a locking end extrusion type anchorage device; the upper end of the diagonal steel strand pair is a tensioning end and penetrates through the lower part of the arc-shaped flange plate, an anchoring point of the tensioning end and the lower part of the arc-shaped flange plate adopts an adjusting end clamping piece type anchorage device, and the adjusting end clamping piece type anchorage device is connected with an anti-loosening thread cap through threads; and the tensioning bracket is fixedly connected with the tower column, is arranged on an extension line at the upper end of the diagonal steel strand pair, and is used for providing a working platform for tensioning the diagonal steel strand pair.
