The invention discloses a compound operation device for an underground unexploded material. The compound operation device comprises a detection mechanism, an excavating mechanism for excavating according to a detection result of the detection mechanism, a telescopic swing assembly and a control mechanism, the excavating mechanism comprises a swing arm assembly and a bucket rotatably installed on the swing arm assembly, the detection mechanism is installed on the swing arm assembly through the telescopic swing assembly, and the telescopic swing assembly is arranged in a telescopic and swingable manner so as to adjust the distance and angle between the detection mechanism and the ground to be detected. In the using process of the compound operation device for the underground unexploded material, the tedious steps that two sets of equipment are controlled and operated separately are avoided, and the underground unexploded material detecting and excavating efficiency is improved; and in addition, the detection mechanism is installed on the swing arm assembly through the telescopic swing assembly, the distance and angle between the detection mechanism and the ground to be detected can be adjusted by adjusting the telescopic swing assembly, and the detection precision is improved.
