The invention discloses a method for preparing an industrial solid waste filler and application of the industrial solid waste filler. The method comprises the steps of pretreating industrial solid wastes to obtain industrial solid waste powder; then mixing the industrial solid waste powder with deionized water to obtain a water-slurry mixture; separating and drying solid matters in the water-slurry mixture to obtain a solid material; roasting the solid material, cooling the product, and grinding the solid into powder; and mixing the powder with Portland cement, mixing the mixed powder, deionized water and hydrogen peroxide, foaming at room temperature, and naturally air-drying at room temperature so as to prepare the industrial solid waste filler material. According to the invention, cement is combined with the solid waste filler, so that foamed concrete with an adsorption effect can be prepared, the adsorption effect is effectively combined with the characteristics of concrete, a relatively good phosphorus and antimony adsorption removal effect is shown, the cost is low, the purpose of treating waste with waste is achieved, and the solid waste filler has important industrial value.
