The invention discloses application of a method for mineralizing carbon dioxide in treatment of saponified residues. Calcium carbonate is generated through reaction of carbon dioxide and calcium oxide in the saponified residues and then used for preparing light calcium carbonate or used as a raw material for wet desulphurization and used for removing SO2 and the like, and main components of desulfurized waste residues are CaSO3 and CaSO4 can be used for producing gypsum building materials and other products, and are environment-friendly, and waste utilization is realized; or the saponified residues are combined with other materials to prepare a molded brick, so that the saponified residues and carbon dioxide are cured, the pollution of the saponified residues and carbon dioxide to the environment is reduced, and the economic value is greatly increased.
本发明公开了一种矿化二氧化碳的方法在处理皂化渣中的应用,通过二氧化碳与皂化渣中氧化钙反应生成碳酸钙,后续用来制备轻质碳酸钙,或用作湿法脱硫的原料,用来脱除SO2等,脱硫后的废渣主要成分是CaSO3及CaSO4,可以用来生产石膏建材等产品,对环境友好,实现废物利用;或者是将皂化渣与其他材料结合用于制备成型砖,从而实现皂化渣和二氧化碳的固化,减少两者对环境的污染,大大增大了经济价值。
