An independent water passing cavity is formed in the box body, the water passing cavity is located below the groove, and a through hole is communicated between the water passing cavity and the groove; a water inlet pipe is in threaded connection through the through hole, and the upper end of the water inlet pipe extends out of the box body; the device can be used for carrying out sectional type interception treatment on a river channel and effectively treating floating objects on the surface of river water.
