The invention discloses a household waste incineration fly ash melting harmless co-treatment system which comprises a waste incineration subsystem and a waste fly ash gasification melting harmless treatment subsystem. The waste incineration subsystem conveys collected fly ash to the waste fly ash gasification melting harmless treatment subsystem for gasification melting harmless treatment. Fly ash and a carbon-based fuel form a formed fly ash fuel, the formed fly ash fuel is subjected to an oxidation-reduction reaction through a hot melting gasification furnace to generate fuel gas mainly containing CO and H2 and liquid molten ash residues, and the high-temperature fuel gas is introduced into the waste incineration subsystem as supplementary fuel, so that the fly ash is treated in a harmless mode and recycled in situ, the management and operation cost brought by waste incineration fly ash transfer or chelating landfill is greatly saved, and the operation income of a waste incineration power plant is improved.
