Preparation method of ecological pervious concrete for coastal wetland revetment material
The invention relates to preparation of ecological pervious concrete based on waste glass fragments and a composite cementing material and application of the ecological pervious concrete as a coastal wetland revetment material. According to the composition of the concrete, agricultural solid waste black rice hull ash is used for partially replacing cement to serve as a main cementing material, and active blending ingredients such as industrial solid waste fly ash and steel slag powder are doped to serve as auxiliary cementing materials, so that a composite cementing material is prepared; the waste glass is crushed and screened and then mixed with the recycled concrete aggregate to replace natural aggregate. The ecological permeable concrete prepared by the invention keeps good porosity (greater than 20%), water permeability (the water permeability coefficient is greater than 0.5 mm/s) and compressive strength (not less than 20MPa) of a material, and enhances the durability of mortar and the sulfate corrosion resistance of the concrete; the recycled materials are used, so that the recycling of resources is realized, and environmental protection policies and sustainable development characteristics are met; the material can be used as a coastal wetland revetment material, is beneficial to biological connectivity, and plays a positive role in ecological protection and restoration of coastal wetlands.
本发明涉及基于废弃玻璃碎片和复合胶凝材料的生态透水混凝土的制备和用作滨海湿地护岸材料的应用;该种混凝土在组成上通过使用农业固体废物黑稻壳灰来部分代替水泥作为主要胶凝材料,并掺入工业固体废物粉煤灰和钢渣粉等活性掺合配料作为辅助胶凝材料,从而配制复合胶凝材料,废弃玻璃破碎筛选后与再生混凝土骨料混合用于代替天然骨料。本发明制备的生态透水型混凝土保持了材料的良好孔隙率(大于20%),透水性(透水系数大于0.5mm/s)以及抗压强度(不低于20MPa),增强了砂浆的耐久性以及混凝土抗硫酸盐腐蚀性;使用了再生材料,实现了资源的再利用,符合环保政策以及可持续发展特性;可作为滨海湿地护岸材料,有利于生物连通性,对滨海湿地的生态保护与修复起到积极作用。
