Autoclaved aerated concrete block containing industrial solid waste and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an autoclaved aerated concrete block containing industrial solid waste and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The autoclaved aerated concrete block comprises the following raw materials by weight: 15-35 parts of multi-component composite fiber, 60-75 parts of industrial solid waste, 1.5-3 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 5-15 parts of cement, and 3-5 parts of paraffin. Industrial solid waste and the like are used as raw materials, recycling of waste resources can be achieved, the environment-friendly requirement is met, the multi-component composite fiber is prepared, nascent fiber is spun firstly, then heating stretching is conducted for thermal imidization, the multi-component composite fiber is prepared, and the fiber is endowed with excellent toughness and strength through multi-component compounding. Then the high-toughness and high-strength composite fibers and paraffin form a coating material, the inner surface of a mold box is coated with the coating material, the molten part of the paraffin permeates into the building blocks, the high-toughness and high-strength composite fibers further reinforce the joint strength between the building block bodies, and therefore the overall strength of a building built by the building blocks is enhanced.
本发明涉及含有工业固体废弃物的蒸压加气混凝土砌块及其制备方法,属于建筑材料技术领域,包括如下重量份原料:15‑35份多元复合纤维,60‑75份工业固体废弃物,1.5‑3份脱硫石膏,5‑15份水泥,3‑5份石蜡;通过工业固体废弃物等作为原料,能够实现废弃资源的再利用,符合环保要求,而且制备出一种多元复合纤维,先纺丝出初生纤维,之后加热拉伸进行热酰亚胺化,制备出多元复合纤维,通过多元复合,赋予该纤维优异的韧性和强度,之后与石蜡形成涂覆料,涂覆至模箱的内表面,随着石蜡的融化部分渗入砌块当中,该高韧高强度的复合纤维进一步地加强了砌块体之间的接合强度,从而增强了砌块建筑成的建筑的整体强度。
