Carbon-carbon composite material containing refractory metal
The invention provides a carbon-carbon composite material containing refractory metal. The carbon-carbon composite material comprises a carbon matrix, a carbon fiber reinforcement distributed in the carbon matrix, metal zirconium-fullerene composite nano powder distributed in internal pores of the carbon matrix and silicon-rich silicon carbide distributed in the internal pores of the carbon matrix. The invention further provides a preparation method of the carbon-carbon composite material containing the refractory metal. According to the anti-oxidation carbon-carbon composite material provided by the invention, the metal zirconium-fullerene composite nano powder is introduced into the carbon-carbon composite material through impregnation, so that the ablation resistance of the composite material can be greatly improved, the introduction of silicon-rich silicon carbide can supplement defects through internal permeation of the material when the internal material has defects, and the service life of the composite material is further prolonged. Fullerene is used for coating metal zirconium, and due to the fact that metal zirconium is introduced, defects appear in the material, and improvement of the oxidation resistance is facilitated.
