The embodiment of the invention discloses a novel urban traffic structure composed of tramcars and viaducts. The novel urban traffic structure comprises a plurality of crisscrossed main roads and a layer of viaducts erected above the main roads. A pair of two-way tramcar rails is installed in the middle of the viaducts, the two viaducts which are crisscrossed are arranged at the intersection, one viaduct passes through the upper portion of the other viaduct, so that a two-layer viaduct structure is formed at the intersection. First up-and-down elevators are installed at the four corners of the intersection of the two layers of viaducts respectively so as to connect the upper-layer viaduct and the lower-layer viaduct, and a first manual channel is arranged above the upper-layer viaduct so as to lead to the first up-and-down elevators on the two sides of the two-way tramcar track. According to the invention, a novel urban traffic mode formed by viaducts is created, and the combination of tramcars or large-scale rail buses and short-distance traffic vehicles is utilized, so that the same effect as a subway and a light rail is achieved, the situation that people are difficult to travel is solved, and a public traffic system becomes more perfect.
