The invention discloses a tubular pile composite foundation suitable for a deep collapsible loess site and a construction method thereof. The tubular pile composite foundation comprises a plurality of settlement-reducing tubular piles, a reinforced mattress layer and a loess foundation layer, wherein each settlement-reducing tubular pile comprises a tubular pile, a pile cap, a grouting body and a connecting joint, and the grouting body is filled in the tubular pile and is formed with the surrounding soil body after overflowing; the pile cap is connected with the tubular pile; the reinforced mattress layer is arranged on the loess foundation layer; and the grouting body and the threaded section are embedded into the soil body, so that the tubular pile can be in contact with the surrounding soil body, the synergistic effect of the tubular pile and the soil between the piles is fully exerted, the bearing capacity of the pile body is remarkably improved, and the vertical bearing performance of the composite foundation is improved. The tubular pile composite foundation is simple and convenient to manufacture, material-saving, flexible in arrangement, rapid in construction, economical and reliable, and has good anti-sinking, anti-differential settlement and deformation coordination capabilities; and the construction method can improve and solve the technical problems of bearing capacity, deformation resistance and the like of the deep filling loess foundation.
