The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning devices, in particular to a marine water bottom continuous desilting device and desilting method. The marine water bottom continuous desilting device comprises a push rod motor, and further comprises a lifting mechanism and two groups of cleaning mechanisms which are bilaterally symmetrical about the lifting mechanism; the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting motor and a lifting belt; the bottom end of the lifting belt is connected with a pull rod; each cleaning mechanism comprises a guide rail, the side face of the guide rail is slidably connected with a sliding block, the inner side of the bottom end of the guide rail is connected with a lower rotating motor and a lower driving gear, and the lower driving gear is meshed with a driven gear which is connected with the sliding block; the driven gear is connected with a bucket through a supporting frame, a clamping block with a clamping groove is connected to the supporting frame, and the inner side of the top end of the guide rail is connected with an upper rotating motor and an upper driving gear. A reciprocating motion is achieved through the structure, so that using is convenient, and once and for all, it can be ensured that the whole dredging process cannot pollute the water quality and the underwater environment while a large amount of manpower and material resources are saved.
