The invention discloses an anti-deformation gypsum board ceiling structure with rapid assembly design. The anti-deformation gypsum board ceiling structure comprises a hanging rod, a main keel, an auxiliary keel, a base layer gypsum board and a surface layer gypsum board, wherein the hanging rod is fixedly arranged on the top surface of a building; the main keel is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the hanging rod through a connecting piece; the auxiliary keel is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the main keel; a first inserting part and a first inserting groove corresponding to the first inserting part in position are arranged on one opposite side edge of the base layer gypsum board; a plurality of second inserting parts which are arranged in parallel and second inserting grooves corresponding to the second inserting parts in position are arranged on the other opposite side edge of the base layer gypsum board; the base layer gypsum board is fixedly arranged on the auxiliary keel through a first self-tapping screw; a latex layer is arranged on the back surface of the surface layer gypsum board; and the surface layer gypsum board is bonded on the base layer gypsum board through the latex layer and is fixed through a second self-tapping screw. Compared with the prior art, the anti-deformation gypsum board ceiling structure has the advantages that the construction efficiency is high, the integrity and the structural stability of the ceiling are high, cracks are not prone to occurring on the ceiling in the later period, and the later maintenance cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种快速拼装设计的防变形石膏板吊顶结构,包括:吊杆、主龙骨、副龙骨、基层石膏板和面层石膏板,吊杆固定安装在建筑顶面上,主龙骨通过连接件固定安装在吊杆底部,副龙骨固定安装在主龙骨底部,基层石膏板一相对侧边上设置有第一插接部和位置对应第一插接部的第一插槽、另一相对侧边上设置有若干个平行布置的第二插接部和位置对应第二插接部的第二插槽,基层石膏板通过第一自攻螺钉固定安装在副龙骨上,面层石膏板背面设置有乳胶层,面层石膏板通过乳胶层粘接在基层石膏板上并通过第二自攻螺钉固定。本发明相较于现有技术,施工效率高,且吊顶的整体性、结构稳定性高,后期天花板不易出现裂缝,降低后期维护成本。
