The invention discloses a scraping plate, a scraping working head and a scraping robot, and belongs to the field of plastering equipment. The scraping plate comprises a main scraping surface, an auxiliary scraping surface, an inclined plate and a scraping plate connecting part; the auxiliary scraping surface is connected with the lower end of the main scraping surface through a transition section or is connected to the lower end of the main scraping surface at a certain inclination angle; the inclined plate is connected to the upper end of the main scraping surface at a certain inclined angle; the scraper connecting part is used for being connected with a scraper supporting component or a driving assembly, and the scraper connecting part is provided with at least one rotating fulcrum, so that the scraper can turn over around the rotating fulcrum. During working, the main scraping surface is firstly used for plastering, and when the scraping plate moves to the top area of the wall surface, the scraping plate turns over and the auxiliary scraping surface is used for plastering. The plastering operation on the top area of the wall surface can be achieved, the operation area of the machine is increased, and manual plastering operation is reduced or even avoided; according to the invention, the desizing phenomenon generated when the scraper is separated from the construction surface can be reduced.
